The original idea for 'englishpool' came about after numerous conversations with a group of school owners and managers who believed that there was a better way of doing business through helping each other. Between us with have a wealth of experience and knowledge of keeping competetive and on top of the latest trends and developments affecting the English teaching world in Japan. Naturally, as you'd expect we operate in a billingual environment enabling us to offer a comprehensive service.

So far so good, but there's more....

We don't want to keep all this experience and knowledge just to ourselves. As part of our commitment to offering value for money services to anybody running eikaiwas in Japan we've plan to offer various services. At this present moment we are looking at how to expand the range of services we offer and to possible attract partner schools. After receiving your request we'll use our experience of recruiting out-standing teachers to find suitable candidates for you. Naturally each placement has it's own unique requirements and we'll glady try to accomodate all your requests when searching for candidates.
